Two Tailed linear regression - Interpretation

I would appreciate a lot if you could help me. I don´t know exactly if it is possible to Interpret correctly with the following results (two tailed linear Regression):

Calculated T-Value: 1,94561673
Calculated P-Value: 5,977%

Could you tell me if it is possible and how to Interpret this results? I compared to groups of Cumulative Abnormal Returns (means).

What can you read out of These values?
