I have a data sheet in which i have used likert scale for answers. It is a comparison between two appraisal systems used in a company, the two systems are called "annual confidential report" and "performance management system". In my questionnaire I used the same question for both systems using likert. I have used mean and std deviation as analysis tools, can you recommend what else can i use for the comparison of the two appraisal systems. and can you please run the recommended analysis for me and attach the output file. IT WILL BE A GREAT HELP as i have a deadline tommorow and i am totally beginner in SPSS. Thanks
